Hyderabad: The relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law is similar to that of mother-daughter, but there is little beauty in this relationship. Neither the daughter-in-law nor her mother-in-law can regard her mother-in-law as her mother. As a result, fights and quarrels have become common in this relationship. One such terrifying story has emerged from Annamayya, Andhra Pradesh. A mother-in-law severed her daughter-in-law’s head and went to the police station; whoever saw her like this trembled.

Son died 10 years ago

Subbamma, who lives in the Raichoti area, and her 35-year-old daughter-in-law Vasundhara, according to media reports, did not get along. Vasundhara’s husband died ten years ago. Vasundhara became a widow shortly after their marriage. She was living with her mother-in-law.

Subbamma beheaded her daughter-in-law Vasundhara around 2:30 pm on Thursday, August 11. She then wrapped the head in polythene and left for the police station. The sight of the blood falling on the road shook everyone. When the woman arrived at the police station, she bowed her head in front of the cops.

Why did Subbamma go to the police station?

Subbamma, according to the police, suspected her daughter-in-law of having an illicit relationship with a young man named Mallikarjuna. Vasundhara and her lover allegedly planned to murder Subbamma in order to gain control of the property. As a result of this suspicion, Subbamma murdered her daughter-in-law. Her head had been severed from his torso.

The body has been sent for a postmortem examination. The police have opened an investigation.
