Gurugram: In Gurugram a help desk has been set up in the National Lok Adalat in collaboration with the traffic police from April 28 to May 13 for payment of traffic challans. National Lok Adalat is being organized in the district court on May 13 as per the instructions of SP Singh, District and Sessions Judge and Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority. Chief Judicial Magistrate and Secretary of District Legal Services Authority Lalita Patwardhan have informed us about this.

Patwardhan said that this desk has been installed in the mediation centre near gate number two. You can approach this help desk with your ID proof like your driving license and challenged vehicle documents. He told me that in whatever court your case is, you will get information about it through the help desk. If you do not know anything about your challan, even after telling the vehicle number only, you will be given all the information related to your challan by the help desk personnel available at the help desk.
