Greater Noida: Developed under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, one of the smartest townships in the country, the Integrated Industrial Township, Greater Noida, will soon be able to fulfil its desire to own a home. DMIC IITGNL has launched three group housing plots and two commercial plot schemes. This is the first group housing and commercial plot scheme for IITGNL in the township.
Ritu Maheshwari, Managing Director of DMICI ITGNL and CEO of Greater Noida Authority, recently held a meeting and directed the launch of the scheme of group housing and commercial plots in the Integrated Industrial Township. IITGNL Executive Director Amandeep Duli said that out of three group housing plots, one plot is 19503 square metres, the second plot is 34247 square metres, and the third plot is 56329 square metres. On the basis of the reserve price, the total price of these three plots has been fixed at about Rs 473 crore.
Similarly, out of two commercial plots, one is 10800 square metres and the other is 23530 square metres. Based on the reserve price, the total price of these two plots is around Rs 247 crore. Allotment of these plots will be done through an online auction; the applicant who bids the highest will be allotted these plots. The facility for registration and downloading of brochures in both of these schemes will be available on June 16. The last date for registration and document submission is July 7. The facilities for registration, application, fee deposit, and e-auction in these schemes will be on the portal of the Bank of Baroda. CEO Ritu Maheshwari has said that an integrated industrial township has been set up near Bodaki by DMIC IITGNL, a joint venture of the Government of India and Greater Noida. It is one of the smartest towns in a fully developed country. This township is based on a plug-and-play system. There is a 24-hour supply of electricity and water. This township is equipped with the facility of automated waste collection. All these plots have been fully developed, and possession will begin within a month.
