Ghaziabad: Khoda Colony in Ghaziabad faces drinking water problems, and the mode of water supply here is a tube well. Due to this, a major step has been taken by introducing the Gangajal Supply Scheme by the government.
Gangajal Supply Scheme
A programme was organised at the Gangajal Plant located in Pratap Vihar in which DM RK Singh, Municipal Commissioner Dr Nitin Gaur, and officers of many other departments were also involved. VK Singh said that Gangajal will be supplied in Khoda by a total of 70 tankers. Of these, 35 tankers of 5,000 and 3,000 litres capacity have been purchased by Khoda Municipality, through which water will be supplied to 34 wards of Khoda Municipality.
