Goa police summon Delhi CM for defacing public property; Details here
Goa: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal receives a summons from Goa Police and is asked to appear on April 27 for questioning regarding the defacing of public property.
In the written summons, Pernem Police Station Investigating Officer Dilipkumar Halarnkar indicated the subsequent grounds for which a First Information Report (FIR) was filed.
The summons reads, "In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 41 A of CrPC, I hereby inform you that during the investigation of FIR 172/2022, U/s 188 IPC and section 3 of GPDP act 1988 registered at Pernem police station it is revealed that there are reasonable grounds to question you."

The AAP is accused of defacing public property with posters of Arvind Kejriwal.
According to the images, Aam Admi party posters with the caption "Ek Chance Kejriwal" are put on city flyovers and highways.
