Ghaziabad: In an incident, a teacher in Ghaziabad was severely injured when a student allegedly attacked him with a saw out of anger for being scolded. The 14-year-old student had been scolded and hit by the teacher while attending class at a madrassa in Tydoi village, Bhojpur. As the teacher slept, the boy reportedly thought to take revenge and used a saw to cut his throat.
Ghaziabad Teacher Is Currently Receiving Treatment
Aas Mohammad is receiving medical treatment at a Meerut hospital. Reportedly, the boy was studying in class six and a bidi was found smoldering in his class two days before the attack. He was slapped and scolded by Mohammad and he was furious about it.
The Victim Is Currently In Serious Condition
The boy had gone to the madrassa at night and attacked Mohammad with a saw while he was sleeping. When people heard the screams, some passersby rescued him and took him to the hospital. In serious condition, said the DCP (Rural).
He also claimed that the police found a saw smudged with blood at the spot. “The victim is in a serious condition. The team has gone to the hospital for further action and we are still waiting for a formal complaint,” said DCP (Rural) SN Tiwari.
