Kolkata: Four people arrested for hurling bomb in a school classroom in Titagarh area in West Bengal’s North 24-Parganas district, a senior police officer said Sunday.
The police has also recovered 10 crude bombs from the residence of one of the accused.
“Three of the four accused belonged to the same school while the other was the former student, Alok Rajoria, CP Barrackpore said, reports news agency ANI.

Personal enmity between the accused and some other students of school was believed to be the primary reason behind the incident.
The bomb was thrown due to personal enmity between accused & some students of the school, Rajoria added.
Explosion on classroom
A massive explosion took place on the roof of a school in West Bengal’s Titagarh on Saturday. Students were studying inside the classroom when the explosion took place.
According to reports, no student or teacher was injured in the blast. The police reached the spot upon receiving the information and started an investigation.
Ashish Maurya, DC, Central Zone Barrackpore had said that there was an explosion on the roof of the school. He informed that no one has been injured in the blast and the Investigation into the matter is going on.
Students stunned after sound of the blast
Students in the school were studying inside the classroom when suddenly a bomb exploded.
The students panicked after the loud sound of the blast. The teachers immediately took all the students out of the classroom.
