Her life was taken by the father under whose shadow she felt safe. The 20-year-old girl’s only fault was that she loved someone and called him to meet at home in the absence of family members. The incident took place at Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh.

The police recovered the body after the watchman’s tip. In addition, three people have been arrested in connection with the girl’s death.

On February 14, Kanhaiya Lal, along with his family, attended a wedding ceremony in Rajpur Bagaha village. Ruby, his 20-year-old daughter, remained at home to prepare food. However, Kanhaiya Lal returned home unexpectedly in the afternoon around 1 pm.

He discovered his daughter with a young man there. His rage then reached the seventh sky. The young man fled when he saw Ruby’s father, but Kanhaiya’s rage erupted on Ruby. He smacked her hard at first. As a result, she passed out. He then twisted the daughter’s throat and broke it.

Rahul, Kanhaiya’s son, and Bharat, his brother, arrived at the moment of the incident. The father then narrated both sons the entire story. The three of them then discussed how to dispose of the dead body. They placed the body into a gunny bag and dumped it into the Gadank river from the Navarjot dam at night.

Fraudulent tale told to mother

When the mother inquired about Ruby, Kanhaiya lied and claimed that she was having an affair with a boy, and that she eloped with him. He claimed that he was furious as a result of this. The mother became speechless on hearing this.

Yet, concealing a crime is difficult. The watchman became aware of Kanhaiya’s crime and reported it to the police. Following that, a murder complaint was filed against the deceased’s father Kanhaiya Yadav, uncle Bharat Yadav, and younger brother Rahul Yadav. The cops have arrested the three offenders.
