Noida: The team of Gautam Budh Nagar Excise Commissioner raided a restaurant located in Sector-117 of Noida. During the investigation, it was found that the restaurant was serving liquor without a licence. After getting the information, the team from the Excise Department reached the spot.
Permission documents for supplying spirits to the public were sought while questioning the restaurant operator there. The restaurant’s operator displayed the licence on this. It was a forgery. Following that, the Police and Excise Department detained two persons on the spot, including the restaurant’s owner.
Excise Inspector Ravi Jaiswal, Gaurav Chand, and Abhinav Shahi raided the Yummy Tummy restaurant. This restaurant is located in Sector 117 of Noida. In the investigation, it was found that the letter was sent to the restaurant operations of Paritosh Srivastava and Karan Kumar. These people were serving liquor with fake licences. Police have recovered 22 beer bottles and 11 liquor bottles from the spot. A case has been registered against them under sections 60, 420, 468, and 471.
