New Delhi: In a shocking incident from Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar, seven youths sexually harassed a 30-year-old Dalit woman and forced her to remove her clothes at gunpoint while the act was being recorded on camera. The woman was on her way to a farm to meet a friend when the youths filmed both of them, threatened the woman, and made her strip naked. They then attempted mass rape. When the woman managed to flee, the youths made the video go viral. The seven suspects have been apprehended by police.

What is the matter?

A woman from Mimlana village in the Nagar Kotwali area filed a written complaint with the police, alleging that some village youths forced her to perform vulgar acts with them and then posted a video of her on social media. The incident occurred when the woman went to the farm to meet up with a friend. At that time, these youths performing obscene acts on the woman and made the video viral on social media.

Police apprehended eight suspects

The police registered a case under 354B, 506/34, 67A IT Act 3 (1) SC ST Act and arrested eight accused in this case: Anuj, Kuldeep, Ankit, Ravi, Rizwan, Chhota, Abdul Rahman, and another. The accused have been apprehended and imprisoned.

CO City Kuldeep Kumar Singh stated that a case from a village has come to light in which some youths forced a Dalit woman to strip naked at gunpoint and made the video viral on social media. In the video, the accused youths can be seen insulting the girl and performing obscene acts.
