New Delhi: A 19-year-old woman filed a complaint at Malviya Nagar police station alleging that she was raped by two men on pretext of job when she was minor. The vitcim accused that the incident took place nearly 2 years ago in September 2020.
The compainant informed that the accused called her at the Malviya Nagar Metro station wher he was waiting for the girl in a car. He was accompanied by another men.
Soon after the girl met them, the accused took his car somewhere in Begampur area and parked it to rape the woman turn by turn.

As per the police officials that the news agency IANS quoted, the accused had made a video of the incident to threaten the victim. The two accused even blackmailed the woman to post the video on social media.

The Delhi Commission for Women’s counsellor was called and according to allegations, a case under section 376-D (gang-rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code and section 6 POCSO Act has been registered, reported the news agency IANS.
