New Delhi: A 4-year-old girl was raped by a neighbour. The Delhi police registered a complaint and arrested the 40-year-old man on behalf of her mother. The accused was identified as Ram Prakash, a resident of JJ Colony, Sector 16-A Dwarka.

According to the police, the mother of a four-year-old girl filed a complaint against her neighbour for raping her daughter. The culprit was arrested on the basis of the complaint.

The accused has also been charged under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO), according to the police.

Delhi police said that further investigation is going on in the matter.

Earlier this week, a 27-year-old guy was arrested for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl in a closed MCD school and was identified by his yellow shirt.
