YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme: Good News! If you wish to purchase a plot near the upcoming Jewar Airport, then don’t miss out on Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s new scheme. Under the YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme 2025, 276 plots measuring 200 square metres (sqms) are up for grab and the interested applicants can register until May 21, 2025.
Allotment To Be Done Through Lucky Draw
Meanwhile, the applicants must note that the allotment will reportedly be done through a lucky draw on July 11, 2025. According to reports, it’s the first time since the increase in land rates from Rs 24,000 per sqm to Rs 35,000 per sqm, that the authority has come up with a new plot scheme. Additionally, the Yamuna Authority is currently undertaking multiple breakthrough projects for the development of the region. This includes project related to International Film City, industrial corridors, and a medical park.

Among the 276 plots offered, a total of 48 plots are reserved for farmers whose lands have been previously acquired or purchased. Meanwhile, 14 plots are reserved for functional industrial units. Reports revealed that these plots are being offered at a prime location close to the Noida International Airport, Film City, F-1 Race Track, Yamuna Expressway, Medical Device Park, Electric Manufacturing Cluster, and Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
Registration Amount To Participate
The estimated amount of registration to proceed with the booking process is Rs 7,00,000. However, the amount differs for SC/ST (Rs 3,50,000).
