The YEIDA Plot Scheme Money Refund 2024, an initiative by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is aimed at providing refunds to applicants of various plot schemes. Under this scheme, an applicant can withdraw their deposited amount due to personal reasons or inability to proceed with the acquisition of the plot.

YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme RPS-08/2024, launched by YEIDA on July 5 this year allows investors to buy residential plots in the rapidly developing Yamuna Expressway area. The plots ranging from 120 to 4,000 square meters are located in sectors 16, 18, 20, and 22D. To ensure equity, plot allocation will be done by a lucky draw.

Money Refund Process

Currently, the YEIDA Plot Scheme has targeted the processing of refunds in less than one year. However, there are attempts to initiate refunds within two months.

Steps To Apply For A Refund

  1. Submit Your Surrender Application.
  2. Wait for 90 days for written acceptance of your application.
  3. Your refund amount will be released as per the approved application.
