Flat in Greater Noida: The Yamuna Authority on Wednesday gave its approval to a scheme that provides built houses and flats near newly proposed Jewar Airports. 

The houses will be allotted on a first come first get basis. As per the information, the flats are ready to move in and their allotment will start soon.  A total of 462 flats are included in the scheme.

what is the scheme?

According to the information given by Yamuna Authority, the flats are in Sector-22D near Noida International Airport. The flats are built on an area of 99.86 square meters. 

As per authorities,  The price of the flats will be Rs 42.34 lakhs. Customers can do registration for Rs 4.23 lakh. The brochure of the scheme can be bought for Rs.500 from the website of the Yamuna Authority. 

Authority would run pod taxis from the society to Yamuna Expressway. Medical Device Park, International Film City, Noida International Airport, and Electronics Manufacturing Hub project are also close to these flats.

4 lane underpass at 4 Murthy

Earlier today, In a Exciting news for residents of Greater Noida West! The Greater Noida Authority is taking action to alleviate traffic congestion at the 4 Murti roundabout by constructing an 800-foot long, 4-lane underpass on the 60-meter road.

This underpass will directly connect Gaur City to Artha Road, passing under Char Murti Gol Chakkar, providing a direct route to NH-24 via the Surajpur police line from Greater Noida East. The estimated cost of the project is approximately Rs 80 crore.
