New Delhi: A manager of a famous IT company and his friend were thrashed by 8-10 bouncers at the Casa Danza Club in Udyog Vihar Phase-2 of Gurugram, Haryana. He got injured due to the beating. It is being told that the incident took place on the intervening night of 7-8 August i.e. Sunday and Monday. According to the complainant, he was attacked with sticks and brutally beaten up when his female friend protested against molestation.

The video of this incident has gone viral on many social media platforms. It is seen in the video that several bouncers are beating the victims on the road. Complainant Mayank Chaudhary, a resident of Sector-28, Gurugram, said in his police complaint that he along with his three female friends had gone to Casa Danza Club in Udyog Vihar Phase-2 at around 2 am on August 7-8.

This is what happened

In Gurugram, adjoining Delhi, the bouncer along with the girl and her friends thrashed them for protesting against the molesting done by the bouncers outside the club.
The whole incident took place on the night of 7-8 August at around 2 pm at the Casa Danza club. Gurugram Police has registered a case after the video of the assault surfaced.

Victim Mayank Chaudhary alleges that on the night of 7-8 August, he went to the club CASA DANZA with a female friend and 2 other friends. While entering the club, the bouncer touched his female friend in the wrong place and pinched her.

On protesting, the bouncer took Mayank and his friends on the road and beat them up with sticks. The victim alleges that a watch and about 10 thousand rupees were also snatched from him.

In the video of the incident too, bouncers are seen beating up the victim and his friends.
Gurugram Police registered a case of molestation, assault and robbery against the bouncers of the club. So far no one has been arrested.

Victim told the whole story to the police

Mayank told the police, there I met my other friend Pushpak and his sister outside the club. During the entry one of the bouncers touched my lady friend inappropriately and when she protested, some other bouncers came to the spot and called their managers Lokesh and Santosh. My friend complained. Told both the managers about the molestation. The managers then ordered the bouncers to beat us up and kick us all out of the club.

Police registered a case against unknown people

At present, the Udyog Vihar police have registered an FIR against unknown persons under sections 147, 149, 323, 354A (I) (i), 379A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
