New Delhi: The Noida authority is all set to beautify the city ahead of the G-20 summit. Newly-appointed Noida Authority Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Lokesh M himself is visiting the spots each day to check the work progress.
The Group of Twenty (G20) is an intergovernmental forum. This time the G-20 Summit is going to be held in Greater Noida, India. For participating in the summit, many international delegates will be coming to the city.
Inspection of Sector-18
CEO Lokesh M has inspected the MP-2 route from the Sector-18 underpass to Film City Flyover and has directed to invite proposals to bring glory to the underpass. A proposal has also been sought to upgrade the design and themes of wall paintings. The project also emphasizes on decorating the Sector-18 underpass by filling out the empty spaces between the plaster and the central verge.
The CEO has ordered to repair and install new facade lights, covering the back side of unipole hoardings as per the safety guidelines along with the replacement of old and broken traffic booths with new ones.
Bangalore Visit
Sector-18 market, which is one of the most famous markets in NCR (National Capital Region) will be revamped for which the inspiration will be taken from Bangalore’s commercial area. After the transformation, Sector-18 will become one of the major highlights of the city.
The CEO has directed General Manager PK Kaushik will visit Bangalore to inspect its commercial area. The team will then plan accordingly for the renovation of the Sector-18 market.
Sector-18 is one of the main hubs for the city’s shoppers. The market is filled with an abundance of fashionable clothes apt for every income size.
