For this, the authority has directed the selected company to prepare a PPT (PowerPoint Presentation) in 10 days, which will be presented in front of Authority CEO Lokesh M. Illegal construction To Be Detected By Drone

For this, the authority is getting the PPT prepared from the selected company ‘TILA’. Through PPT, it will be told which points have been included in the drone survey. The data obtained from the survey will be matched with the satellite map of October 2024, which will provide information about the actual illegal construction. After this, notice will be issued to the encroachers and demolition work will be done.
Construction Without Permission To Be Considered Illegal
According to the Noida Authority, a notification was issued by the government for DNGIR in October 2024. It stated that after the notification, if anyone does any kind of construction in 80 villages, then it is mandatory to take permission from the Noida Authority. Construction done without permission will be considered illegal. At the same time, the officials of the company TILA are constantly talking to the people of 80 villages. Along with compensation related issues, they are also asking them to stop illegal construction.
