Among the worst-hit cities was Gurgaon, where commuters were stuck for hours in massive traffic. Gurugram remains under orange alert as of now, following relentless overnight rain.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rain to lash Delhi-NCR until evening. In the meantime, social media is flooded with real-time updates on Gurugram’s condition. Users continue to share the pictures and videos of flooded roads and stalled vehicles.
