There is good news for commuters, as the National Capital Region Transport Corporation Ltd (NCRTC) has launched a shuttle service. The shuttle will link the Ghaziabad RRTS station with Shaheed Sthal metro station, providing convenience to commuters, as the distance between the two areas is approximately 300 meters. This move is part of NCRTC’s efforts to improve last-mile connectivity options for passengers. These e-rickshaw shuttle services, connecting the two transportation hubs, will aid commuters during peak hours.

Moreover, the service is being provided free of cost to the public, ensuring comfortable, safe, and hassle-free travel. Additionally, the shuttle service will promote sustainability by being eco-friendly. These e-rickshaws will shuttle back and forth, easing commuters’ travel.
The official statement from the Corporation said that the fleet to facilitate travel between these two stations will be expanded in future based on the demand. The officials also informed that a foot-over bridge is under construction, which will further ease the connectivity and provide easy passage.
Ghaziabad Namo Bharat Station is located at Meerut trisection in the city of Ghaziabad and serves Arya Nagar, Seva Nagar, Bhim Nagar and Patel Nagar. Ghaziabad Railway Station (approx. 3 KM) and Shaheed Sthal New Bus Adda Metro Station (approx. 250 M) are in the proximity of Ghaziabad Namo Bharat Station. These stations witness large number of commuters every day, with several travelling for daily work and other activities.
