Noida Airport: If you have always dreamed of settling near the prestigious Noida International Airport and Film City, here’s some exciting news for you. The Yamuna Development Authority has introduced a scheme offering 1184 residential plots in the Greater Noida area, providing a unique chance to own a piece of land in this rapidly developing region.
The scheme was officially launched on Monday, and interested applicants can start applying from Tuesday, August 8, 2023, until September 1, 2023. The draw of lots for the plots will take place on October 18, 2023. Similarly, there are 260 plots of 162 square meters, with 45 plots allocated for farmers and 13 for industries. Additionally, 466 plots of 200 square meters are up for grabs, with 82 plots reserved for farmers and 23 for entrepreneurs. Furthermore, there are 208 plots of 300 square meters available, with 36 plots reserved for farmers and 10 for industries.
Out of the total 1184 plots, 206 have been reserved for farmers, ensuring they have equal opportunities to benefit from this scheme. Additionally, 59 plots are set aside for entrepreneurs, encouraging business development and economic growth in the region.
Furthermore, the scheme offers certain benefits for SC-ST applicants, as the registration fee is exempted for them, promoting inclusivity and providing opportunities for underprivileged communities to own property.
