Auction Date
In an attempt to increase its revenue, the GDA is organising a big auction for its properties on August 25.
According to GDA property officer, CP Tripathi, all the preparations have been done to make the auction success. The officials are doing their best to localise the auction so that a large number of people could participate in it and the common man would get a chance to buy the house of his own choice at a cheaper rate. GDA put these properties in an auction in which people can buy flats directly from the authority. Many times GDA has organised such types of auctions and it has been very effective.
Property details
It is informed that 200 plots will be auctioned under the plan. This includes 30 properties in Madhuban Bapudhan, 36 in Indirapuram, 13 in Swarnjayantipuram, Koyal Enclave, Nandgram and Indraprastha Yojna. GDA has issued a list of properties that are on auction. The auction will on August 25. Arrangements are also made for inspection so that people can visit and select the properties of their own choice.
