GNIDA New Residential Plot Scheme: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has reportedly launched a new government housing scheme offering 10 premium plots. The price of these plots ranging from 51 to 500 square meters will be determined based on their location and size.
According to reports, the price is expected to start from Rs 27 lakh and go up to over two crores. The allotment of lands would be conducted through e-auction process, with registrations open until January 25, 2025. Interested applicants must submit required documents before February 1, 2025.
Key Details Of The Plot
Sector 2: 7 Plots measuring 220 square meters each (Price: Rs 1.2 crore to Rs 1.4 crore)
Sigma 2: 1 Plot of 500 square meter (Price: Above 200 crore)
Beta 2: 1 Plot of 51 square meter (Price: Rs 26.75 lakh)
Delta 2: 1 Plot of 200 square meter (Price: Rs 1 crore)
Applicants participating in the auction are required to deposit 10% of the total premium as a registration fee. Successful bidders must pay 25% of the total premium within 15 days after receiving the allotment letter. To pay the remaining 75%, you must either make a full payment within 60 days (Including 50% discount on bid amount) or deposit the amount in 4 quarterly installments within one year with simple interest, reports added.
Before the e-auction process kicks off, interested applicants must check out the official site of GNIDA for more detailed information. Once the formalities are completed, bidders will be handed over the possession of the plot within 30 days.
