New Delhi: If you are looking to buy a property like any residential plot or shop in Delhi-NCR, then an opportunity is coming to you. On August 25, the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) will auction and sell the properties lying vacant in its various projects. 

According to sources, residential, commercial and industrial plots of all sizes will be auctioned by GDA.

More than 250 residential, commercial and industrial plots are lying vacant in various projects of GDA and now,  the authority is all set to sell them out. The auction will be held on August 25 at the authority’s office. As per the information, the authority will sell as many as 150 residential and more than 100 commercial and other industrial plots on the given date.

GDA officials said that many plots are lying vacant and complete preparations have been made for the auction at the authority’s conference hall. The authority is expecting to earn more than Rs 200 crore by selling this property.

Madhuban Bapudham Scheme, Govindpuram, Nandgram, Indirapuram Scheme, Indraprastha Scheme, Tulsi Niketan, Kaushambi Scheme, Koyal Enclave Scheme, Vaishali Scheme, Karpooripuram Scheme, Swarnajayantipuram Scheme, Pratap Vihar Scheme, which are vacant Plot exists.

According to GDA officials, residential, commercial and industrial plots will be part of the auction.
