Delhi Weather: Delhi’s air quality showed brief signs of improvement on Wednesday after AQI slipped into the ‘poor’ category. The national capital registered an Air Quality Index of 269 today at 7 a.m., but the pollution still remains a serious concern. The area around India Gate and Kartavya Path was shrouded by a layer of ‘toxic’ smog as the AQI dropped to 225 under the ‘poor’ category, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
