Delhi Traffic Alert: Delhi Traffic Police on Wednesday stated that the vehicular movement remains affected on New Rohtak road in the carriageway from Gali No. 10, Anand Parbat towards Punjabi Bagh. The traffic is disrupted due to road repairing work carried out by civic agency during the previous night. Delhi traffic Police has issued traffic alert for today as well to ensure smooth movement in the area. It has advised commuters to avoid taking the stretch for any inconvenience.
Alternate Route: An alternate route has been designated for commuters. They are advised to avoid the stretch and take Right Turn from Kamal T-Point towards Sarai Rohilla.
Delhi Traffic Police gave the update through a post on X. “Traffic will remain affected on New Rohtak road in the carriageway from Gali No. 10, Anand Parbat towards Punjabi Bagh due to road repairing work carried out by civic agency during the previous night. Commuters are advised to avoid the stretch and take Right Turn from Kamal T-Point towards Sarai Rohilla to avoid any inconvenience,” wrote Delhi Traffic Police.

The traffic on new Rohtak Road was affected on Tuesday also. The vehicular movement is impacted due to the ongoing road repairing work carried out by civic agency.
Delays Across Multiple Routes
Meanwhile, another traffic alert has been issued for Ring Road on the carriageway from Kalkaji Red Light towards Paras Chowk. The traffic is affected due to breakdown of a bus near Nehru Place Bus Stand. Commuters have been asked to plan their journey accordingly.
