Delhi Traffic Advisory: Traffic movement will remain affected in South Delhi’s Saket area on December 24 and 25 in view of Christmas celebrations at Select City Mall, DLF Avenue Mall, and MGF Metropolitan Court Mall. In a comprehensive traffic advisory issued on Wednesday, the Delhi Traffic Police has announced major diversions and restrictions at key roads.
Commuters must avoid the mentioned points and plan their journey accordingly to avoid inconvenience. The traffic movement will remain affected from 2 pm onwards on Wednesday and Thursday. Among the affected routes are Press Enclave Road, internal roads of Sake, and Pushp Vihar.
Diversion points
Traffic will be diverted on the following roads:
- Sheikh Sarai Red Light (LBS Marg)
- Asian Market Red Light (MB Road)
- PTS Malviya Nagar Red Light (Sri Aurobindo Marg)
Major traffic restrictions and regulations
- Median cuts from Sheikh Sarai to Hauz Rani will remain closed on December 24 and 25.
- Movement of heavy vehicles and DTC/Cluster buses will be restricted on Press Enclave road.
- No DTC/Cluster buses will be allowed entry towards Pushp Vihar from MB Road or Asian Market.

- Chirag Delhi – Qutub Minar via Khanpur T-Point – MB Road – Lado Sarai
- IIT Flyover – Sangam Vihar/Sainik Farm via TB Hospital – Lado Sarai – MB Road – Chirag Delhi – Khanpur
