Delhi Traffic Advisory: Traffic movement will remain affected near the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on Saturday and Sunday. In a comprehensive traffic advisory issued on Friday, the Delhi Traffic Police has outlined major diversions and heavy congestion on roads around the venue due to international rapper Travis Scott’s live music concert titled ‘Circus Maximus World Tour’.
Commuters must avoid the mentioned routes and plan their journey accordingly, as the expected footfall is 50,000 to 60,000 spectators. Comprehensive traffic arrangements are in place from 6 pm to 10 pm on October 18 and 19.
Entry Gates
- Gate Nos. 2, 6, 8, 13, 14 and 21
- Gate Nos. 1 and 10 (reserved for emergency use only)

- Sewa Nagar Bus Depot
- Sunheri Pulla Bus Depot
Traffic Diversion Points
- JLN Red Light: Traffic coming from B.P. Marg will be diverted towards Meharchand Market.
- Sewa Nagar Bus Depot Red Light: No traffic allowed from 4th Avenue/Gurjar Chowk to Barapullah/JLN Service Road.
- 5th Avenue Road, Dhobi Ghat: U-turn enforced; no access to JLN Service Road.
- Pragati Vihar Red Light: No entry from Lodhi Road beyond this point.
- Lala Lajpat Rai Marg T-Point: No left turn towards SCOPE Complex.
- Barapullah Cut near Gate No. 5: Traffic from INA/Thyagraj cannot access JLN Service Road.
- Jangpura Metro Station (Suchna Bhawan T-Point): No left turn towards SCOPE Complex.
Restricted Roads
- Heavy vehicles will be restricted from entering JLN Stadium Red Light to B.P. Marg between 4 pm to 11 pm today and tomorrow.
- General public is advised to avoid B.P. Marg, Lodhi Road, and roads around JLN Stadium during event hours.
Motorists and the general public are requested to follow traffic rules and cooperate with traffic personnel deployed at intersections.
