Delhi: In a shocking incident, a minor was arrested for allegedly stabbing to death a vagabond in Delhi. The incident has been reported from Trilokpuri’s 10 Block, near Khatta in the national capital, police said on Tuesday. Police received information about the incident at approximately 12:45 am and quickly apprehended the minor.
The revelation from police stated that the minor was found lying in a pool of blood. Crime team was summoned by the police who began investigating the incident. The identity of the victim is yet to be established.

Furthermore, police informed about the night-long search operation to nab the minor. They said that the minor was identified through a series of CCTV footage. He was apprehended by the local intelligence and investigative team, added the police.
According to preliminary investigations, the motive behind the murder was a sudden provocation. The provocation led to a quarrel, followed by the stabbing. Police also recovered a knife, which is believed to be the murder weapon.
Police mentioned that the further investigation is underway.
In a similar incident on January 20, a 35-year-old man was brutally stabbed to death by a teenager near Delhi Police Bhawan. The incident took place under the limits of Kamla Market police station near Delhi Police Bhawan. The accused was as a juvenile (17). Police said that the accused and the victim had quarrelled near a dhaba over trivial issues. Following the incident, the victim was immediately rushed to the hospital but he succumbed to his injuries. Soon after the incident, the video went viral on social media.
Delhi Police stated, “A male aged about 35 years was stabbed by a juvenile aged around 17 yrs after they quarrelled near a dhaba over trivial issues. Injured succumbed to the wounds in hospital. The accused juvenile has been apprehended. He is a 7th class dropout who lives nearby.”
