Delhi Pollution: Air quality remained ‘poor’ for the third consecutive day on Wednesday. The AQI levels deteriorated after being in the moderate category till the 9th of February. The 24-hour average Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded as 269 at 6 am today, February 12, 2025, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). However, the weather and the AQI in the surrounding areas witnessed some shift. It was a warm & sunny day in Noida and the air quality stayed in the ‘moderate’ category below 200.
IMD Forecasts Clear Weather On…
The meteorologists earlier predicted that the temperatures may soar to 30 degrees Celsius in the national capital by the end of February. The maximum temperatures were recorded in the range of 26 to 28°C, slightly above normal. Additionally, the minimum temperature significantly rose to 1°C across the city during the past 24 hours. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Delhi witnessed partly cloudy weather on Tuesday, however, the sky will remain clear on February 12, 13, and 14.
Mist Till 14th February
After ‘shallow fog’ slightly affected visibility over Delhi/NCR, IMD forecasts ‘mist’ across the city till the 14th of February.
