Delhi Pollution: Air Quality Remains ‘Moderate’, Check Weather Forecast For The Next Three Days

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) observed a slight fall in minimum and maximum temperatures across Delhi/NCR during the past 24 hours. The current weather patterns will be influenced by a fresh western disturbance starting from February 24th.

Delhi Pollution: For the past four days, the air quality in the national capital has remained moderate, showing significant signs of improvement. An Air Quality Index of 161 was recorded at 6 am on Monday compared to a lower AQI of 129 at 6 pm on Sunday, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). Delhi residents woke up to a warm Monday with a misty morning as the maximum temperature was recorded in the range of 23 to 25°C.

Here’s a breakdown of the weather forecast for the upcoming days:

February 24, 2025: IMD predicts a clear sky during the morning which will gradually turn partly cloudy by the afternoon. The maximum and minimum temperatures over Delhi are likely to be in the range of 26 to 28°C and 10 to 12°C, respectively.

February 25, 2025: Partly cloudy sky with misty conditions likely to prevail in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be in the range between 27 to 29°C and 11 to 13°C respectively.

February 26, 2025: Partly cloudy sky and mist. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be between 28 to 30°C and 12 to 14°C respectively.

AQI reported in different parts of Delhi at 6 am on Monday, February 24, 2025: Anand Vihar (236), Okhla Phase 2 (135), Alipur (189), Rohini (214), ITO (183), Ashok Vihar (184), Mundka (237), Wazirpur (194), Jahangirpuri (220), Narela (174), DTU CPCB (149), Pusa IMD (107) and Punjab Bagh (184).
