New Delhi: A man was seen beating and pushing a girl forcefully to sit inside a car near the Mangolpuri flyover in Delhi. The car and the driver have been traced by the police.
The police said, “On initial investigation, it was found that the car is registered at Gurugram’s Ratan Vihar where a team of personnel was sent.”

The video which is going viral on the internet shows the man grabbing the woman by her collar, beating her and forcefully making her sit inside the car. After making her sit inside he goes and sits on the driver’s side while another man comes and sits next to the woman.

According to the investigation, three people booked the Uber from Rohini to Vikaspuri but a small argument broke out between them. Police said, “After the argument, the woman wanted to leave. It is seen in the video that one of the men forcibly pushes the woman inside the car.”

Taking note of the viral video, Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chief Swati Maliwal issued a notice to the Delhi Police, stating that the commission will take strict action against these individuals.
