Delhi: A young man was allegedly tied to a pole and thrashed brutally after a few boys suspected him of being a thief during the early hours on Tuesday. The young man died after succumbing to his injuries at his home in Delhi.
The victim identified as Isar was found lying outside his house, having bruises and injuries all over his body. The man was groaning in pain when his father found him outside the house. The father of the deceased informed that he had reached the home at 6:3o in the evening when he saw Isar in the pathetic condition, groaning due to the immense pain.
Upon being asked about his condition, the victim stated at around 5 am on the September 26, a few boys had caught him near G4 Block, Sunder Nagari. They thought he was a thief so they tied him to a pole and beaten him up with sticks. After which, Isar’s neighbor Aamir brought him home on a rickshaw.
Could Not Survive Injuries
Abdul Wajid, Isar’s father dialed a PCR call to police at 10.46 pm on Tuesday night after his son could not survive the injuries he was inflicted with. The assault on the deceased took place in G Block of Nandnagari. According to North East Delhi Police, the incident took place in Nandnagari area.

Within half an hour within the father united with his son, Isar died. At around 7 pm on the September 26, Isar took his last breath. Late at 10:46 pm, Abdul Wajid called PCR and informed the police. The body was taken to GTB hospital
Police have registered a case of murder. Efforts are being made to identify and arrest the boys who attacked Isar.
Further investigation is underway in the case.
