Delhi: A disturbing case emerged from Delhi’s Hauz Khas area today morning where a boy and a girl were found hanging from the branch of a tree in Deer Park. At 6.30 am, security guard Baljit Singh, a resident of Hauz Khas, made a PCR call regarding the shocking incident. Shortly after, Police arrived at the spot and began investigating the entire area. Preliminary investigations suggest that it was a case of suicide, however, the exact reason is yet to be ascertained.

Bodies Shifted To Mortuary

The boy and girl’s age is believed to be about 17 years. The former was wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans while the latter was dressed in green during the time of suicide. They were found hanging with a common nylon rope on a branch of a tree. The crime team was called to inspect the site and the bodies of both individuals were later shifted to the mortuary. Further details are awaited in the case.

Noida Woman Livestreams Suicide

In yet another shocking case of suicide that unfolded in Noida’s Lotus Panache Society on Saturday, a woman allegedly attempted suicide by consuming pills. She even live-streamed the suicide video on Facebook, which shows her locking herself inside a room and accusing her in-laws of harassment before taking the extreme step. However, shortly after the incident, the police reached the spot, forced the door open, and took the woman to a private hospital. She is out of danger and is currently undergoing treatment.

Meanwhile, the police said that she would be later counseled. According to DCP Noida Central Shakti Mohan Avasthy, Thana Phase-2 police received the information that a woman in Lotus Panache Society has locked herself inside a room and is trying to commit suicide. They immediately arrived at the spot and broke the door open with the help of RWA officials.
