During the time of the election announcement, the Phalodi Satta Bazaar predicted an advantage for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), which had showed the majority mark of 36 seats in the 70-member assembly. However, two weeks before the assembly elections, the market has slightly changed its estimates.

AAP’s Performance

The ruling AAP, which secured 67 seats in 2015 and 62 seats in 2020, is aiming for a third consecutive victory. However, the party is facing corruption allegations against its top leaders, which might impact its seat count.

  • Earlier predictions by Phalodi betting market suggested that AAP would win 37 to 39 seats.
  • The latest estimates now suggest a slight increase, with AAP expected to secure 38 to 40 seats, indicating a minor positive shift in favor of the ruling party.
