The director allegedly used a luxury Volvo car fitted with a fake UN Embassy number plate, reading “39 UN 1.” Police have recovered the car and confirmed that no such number was issued by the embassy.

Authorities have traced the accused to the Agra area and expect to apprehend him soon.

The institute offered management courses, with students attending in two separate batches. Around 15 female students have complained of molestation by Chinyama Nand. Some wardens are alleged to have introduced the students to him.

Based on the complaints, a case has been registered at Vasant Kunj North police station, and a search for the accused is underway.

DCP South West Amit Goyal confirmed that the accused has been located and will be arrested shortly. Section 164 statements of approximately 15 female students have been recorded before a judge.

The institute has expelled Chinyama Nand and is cooperating fully with the police investigation.
