DDA towering heights: It is located at East Delhi Hub, Karkardooma. The project is the city’s first Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) project. The 48-storey residential tower project is currently under construction. In this scheme, DDA will e-auction a total of 1,026 soon-to-be-completed 2 BHK flats. At 155 meters tall, it will be the tallest building in the Capital to date.

How to Submit a Bid for DDA Towering heights
After submitting the application, applicants can participate in the live e-auction. The live e-auction is scheduled for December 1–4, 2025.

- Can submit multiple bids, Processing fee should be paid for each flat
