Noida: Noida residents, take note! In a recent board meeting of the Noida Authority held on Sunday, significant decisions were made. The Chief Executive Officer of Noida, Lokesh M (IAS), highlighted that there had been no adjustments to the building license and completion certificate fees since 2010.
To address this, a proposal to restructure these charges was put forth and subsequently approved during the board meeting, presided over by Chairman Manoj Kumar Singh. The new approach aligns Noida’s fees with those of the Greater Noida Development Authority.
Lokesh M stated that, similar to the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, allottees seeking map approval and completion certificates from the Noida Authority will now be required to pay a processing charge.
