New Delhi: The 210th board meeting of the Noida authority will be held on August 13. This will be the first meeting attended by Chief Executive Authority (CEO) Lokesh M. The chairman of Noida Authority Manoj Kumar Singh will conduct the meeting. The meeting will commence at 11 am on Sunday. It is being informed that during the meeting, issue related to farmers and flat buyers will be raised.
Easing the renting process
During the meeting, the new CEO Lokesh M will look at the renting process. The process of renting industrial and institutional plots will be simplified along with the process of issuing occupancy certificates. The proposal will be presented before the board. The complaints were received by the entrepreneurs at the government level.
UP Setu Nigam will commence the road work
Fifty per cent of the funding will be provided by the government. The cabinet has approved the funding but still, the money has not been given yet. For now, Uttar Pradesh Setu Nigam will commence the work of the elevated road done through tender. To speed up the work progress, a proposal to take the budget from the government will be mentioned in the board meeting.
Builders to benefit from zero period
According to the officials, re-scheduling policy related to the builder may be proposed. The thing will depend on the report by the Amitabh Kant Committee constituted at the central government level. The benefit of a zero period will give many exemptions to the builders. The board will study the recommendations of the committee.
Famers related issues
Issues related to farmers will be discussed in the meeting and a big decision can be taken in their favor. The Noida authority is re-examining the old acquisition files. The main purpose of it is that besides the availability of land, the eligibility of the farmers will be known.
Post meeting, it will be well known as how many farmers have so far received plots of 5 percent of the population and how many are left.
However, still if the problem still does not get resolved, the authorities will allot Abadi plots to the farmers on the land of the group housing projects.
