All Schools will remain closed tomorrow in Delhi, says MCD

New Delhi: In wake of heavy rainfall in the National capital, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) announced that all the MCD-aided and recognised schools would remain closed on July 11.

In a official order, the MCD said, ” In a view of the rainfall and the alert issued by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) regarding the adverse weather condition in Delhi, it has been decided that all MCD schools, Aided and Recognised will remain closed for the student on July 11.”

The Municipal Corporation asked schools to inform students about the same so that they do not venture out. 

However, all teachers and HoSs shall come to school as usual, the order said.
