New Delhi: Air India flight on Friday operating from Delhi to Paris air-returned shortly after take-off, following city ATC’s information about suspected tyre debris seen on the runway.

According to the reports, Air India Flight AI143 operating from Delhi to Paris air-returned today, 28th July shortly after take-off, following the Delhi ATC’s information to the flight crew about suspected tyre debris seen on the runway after departure.
“On 28 July 2023, a Flight AI143 operating from Delhi to Paris was air-returned shortly following the take-off, after the city ATC’s informed the flight crew about the suspected tyre debris sighted on the runway after departure,” informed the Air India Spokesperson.
He stated that the flight safely landed back at Delhi Airport at 1418Hrs. “While the aircraft undergoes necessary checks at national capital, the alternate arrangements are being planned for the passengers of AI143 to get to their destinations safely,” Air India Spokesperson added.
