New Delhi: In preparation for the upcoming festive season around Diwali, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is getting ready to introduce a housing scheme that will offer over 30,000 apartments in various categories, as reported by NDTV. These categories include penthouses, flats for the super high-income group (SHIG), and more affordable options in various locations like Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj, and others.
Regarding the locations of these DDA flats, they can be found in areas such as Narela, Dwarka, Sector 19B, Dwarka Sector-14, Vasant Kunj, and Loknayak Puram. Flats in Dwarka Sector 19B and Loknayak Puram are divided into categories for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Middle-Income Group (MIG), and Super High-Income Group (SHIG).
For example, Dwarka Sector 19B reportedly has over 700 EWS flats, 900 MIG flats, 170 SHIG flats, and 14 penthouses. Narela also offers a significant number of flats across EWS, MIG, and HIG categories.
The pricing for these flats varies by category:
– EWS flats range from Rs 11 lakh to Rs 14 lakh
– LIG flats are priced between Rs 14 lakh to Rs 30 lakh
– MIG flats start at around Rs 1 crore
– HIG flats cost approximately Rs 2.5 crore
– SHIG flats have a starting price around Rs 3 crore
As for availability, currently, 24,000 flats are ready for occupancy, and the remaining 8,500 are expected to be completed within the next six months, as per the report.

- Fill out the online application form with your personal information.
- Upload the required documents along with the application form.
- Pay the application fee after completing the form and uploading all the documents.
