Delhi Metro: Yellow Line train services disrupted due to technical glitch, DMRC tweets
New Delhi: The Delhi metro yellow line got delayed on Thursday, said Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). The service has been delayed between Kashmere Gate and the Central Secretariat, and it is advised to take the Violet line instead.
DMRC tweeted and confirmed the information, "Yellow Line Update. Delay in services between Kashmere Gate and Central Secretariat. Normal service on all other lines."
However, services were quickly restored, but the cause of the delay was not disclosed.
Shortly, DMRC informed that the yellow line service have been restored again.
The Delhi Metro's Yellow Line connects Samaypur Badli in Delhi with HUDA City Centre in Gurgaon. In Delhi, the Violet Line connects Kashmere Gate and Badarpur.
