New Delhi: A fire breaks out at Jawaharlal Nehru Bhawan, second floor on Monday around 11:30 am at Janpath Road, Delhi. No casualties were reported.

Six fire engines were dispatched to the scene, and the situation was brought under control within half an hour. According to Delhi fire service personnel, the fire brigade received information about the fire at 11:38 a.m., following which the fire was put out. At 12:05 p.m., the fire was brought under control.

Delhi Fire Service official said, “The fire broke out in a server room and has been controlled. Prima facie it appears to be an electrical fire, and was started at an electricity meter installed there.”
