New Delhi: The havoc of high speed has been seen on the highway in Tamil Nadu where a speeding van collided with a truck already standing on the road. A CCTV footage of the painful incident has come forth and going viral on the social media.

In the unfortunate incident, as many as 6 people of the same family died.

According to media reports, the incident took place in the Salem area of ​​Tamil Nadu in the early hours of Wednesday. The accident is said to have occurred around 4 am on the Salem-Erode Highway in Tamil Nadu.

At the time of the accident, eight people from Ingur were traveling in a van towards Perunthurai. The deceased were identified as Selvaraj, Manjula, Arumugam, Palanisamy, Pappathy and a one-year-old child.

Traumatic CCTV footage surfaced in accident investigation

After receiving information about the accident, the police engaged in investigation got CCTV footage. The police is trying to look all apossible aspects of the incident.

CCTV footage showed a speeding van falling victim to an accident. According to the information, the driver of the van, Vignesh and another passenger are seriously injured. Both have been admitted to a nearby hospital where they are going under medial treatment.
