New Delhi: Employees getting frustrated at work has become a common topic on internet to discuss as netizens are enjoying it a lot as they relate with it. In a similar incident, an employee quit his job within a day of joining. The news has grabbed everyone’s attention and they want to know “But Why?”

A Delhi-based employee shared his experience of work at social media platform Reddit telling why he decided to quit just within a day. He said the “long commute” was the issue.
The man used to live in northwestern part of Delhi while the office he joined was in Gurugram. He said that he could get mere three hours for himself excluding his sleeping hours, which is obviously not good for his mental being. It is necessary to have a work balance but it was not possible for this man in this job at least.
The Reddit post said the man had a decent salary in a huge firm but the travelling exhausted all his time. He also mentioned that it was the first job of his and he was excited to work.

Not just the time but, he said, the money was also a problem. As he had done the calculations, he found out that he could get only 3 hours at home, while the monthly cost for travelling was Rs 5,000.
His post received many likes and flooded with advices and suggestions. Many work professionals told him about the work culture and hustle that one has to do to sustain.
However, the man later realised that he might have make the impulsive decision that might regret later. He confessed that he was unaware of the work hustle and he should have been more calculative while making the decision.
Taking lessons for future, he said he will be looking forward for better opportunities and promised himself that he will refrain to make smart decision and not messing up this time.
