Chandigarh: School Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains has started touring all the districts of the state to get better acquainted with the ground reality of government schools in the state.
The tour is being started from the Fazilka district today and will continue throughout the month of April.
Bains is starting his tour from District Fazilka on 4th April 2023 and will visit Ferozepur on 5th April, Ropar and Mohali on 6th April, Amritsar on 7th and 8th April, Tarn Taran, Kapurthala, Bathinda, Sri Lanka on 12th and 13th April Muktsar Sahib, Jalandhar on 17th April, Fatehgarh Sahib on 18th April, Patiala, Ludhiana, Malerkotla, Faridkot, Moga and Barnala on 20th, 21st and 22nd April, Sangrur and Mansa on 24th April, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahr on 27th, 28th and 29th April Will inspect schools in Pathankot and Gurdaspur districts.

During this tour, Minister Harjot Singh Bains will get information about new admissions, books, school dress, and the primary infrastructure of schools.
Giving information about his visit, Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains said that Chief Minister Mr According to the instructions of Bhagwant Mann, to improve the policy of the School Education Department, it can be made by understanding the ground needs, for which this tour is very important instead of sitting in the offices of Chandigarh.
He said that The Bhagwant Mann-led government has promised to provide high-quality education to the people of Punjab, which it will leave no stone unturned to fulfil.
