New Delhi: A surprising case of love, marriage and deception has come to light from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Here a new bride ran away with jewelry and cash. The victim has filed a case at the Gosaiganj police station.
Girl trapped the victim on pretext of love
According to the victim’s husband, the girl first trapped him in a love relationship and then married her. However, after a few days, she went to her maternal home with jewelry and cash.
Husband found out through Instagram
The husband identified as Amit Yadav is a resident of Kashimpur which comes under Gosaiganj police station area. He has filed a police fraud case against his bride and her second husband in the police station. The victim says that he came to know from Instagram that his wife has remarried.
Girl registered FIR on Amit before marriage
On this matter, SHO Vinay Kumar Singh told that the victim Amit Yadav was studying engineering in Kota, Rajasthan. There he met a girl named Nisha who was from Haryana. First there was friendship between the two, then they became close. The girl started pressurizing him for marriage. When Amit refused to marry, she lodged a complaint with a police station in Kota. After this both got married in Arya Samaj temple.
Bride took gold, jewelry before going to home
After this the marriage was registered in Lucknow. The bride got gold jewelry and 40 thousand cash from her in-laws. After a few days, the girl went to her maternal home in Haryana and she refused to come back. Her husband tried to talk her through to come back.
After some time, when Amit Yadav opened Instagram he was shocked. He found out that that his wife had married a young man named Gautam Ahir.
Wife said, “new husband is smart”
After seeing the photo, Amit immediately called his wife and asked about it. She then told that her husband is doing government job. He looks very smart. She said she will stay with him now.
She also said that, if Amit wants divorce he has to give Rs 5 lakh. After this, the victim has filed a case against his wife for remarrying and cheating despite being married in Gosaiganj, Lucknow. The police has registered a case against the victim’s wife Nisha and her second husband Gautam Ahir under sections 494, 504 and 506 of the IPC.
