New Delhi: A wall collapsed in the Sector 21 area of Noida in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. Several people are feared to be trapped in the the debris.
Currently police and other first responders have reached the area. Rescue operation is being carried out. Further details are awaited in the matter.
Earlier on September 16, nine people had lost their lives and two others were injured after a wall collapsed in the state’s Lucknow due to heavy rainfall.

Yogi Adityanath expresses grief
CM Yogi Adityanath has expressed deep grief over the loss of lives due to collapse a wall in Gautam Budh Nagar district. The Chief Minister has directed the senior officers to reach the spot immediately and conduct relief work on a war footing.
He expressed his condolences to the bereaved families of the deceased and directed them to make proper arrangements for their treatment while wishing speedy recovery of the injured.
