Bhopal: A two and half-year-old girl on Tuesday fell into a 300 feet borewell in the Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh. NDRF, SDRF and local police reached the spot and digging is carried out at the borewell site with four JCBs and several Poklen machines.

As per the information, Srishti (two and a half years old) daughter of Rahul Kushwaha, fell into a borewell in the Mungawali area of Sehore district. Area SDM Aman Mishra said that local relief personnel including NDRF, and SDRF have been deployed on the spot. The rescue team has managed to send oxygen to the pit.

SP Mayank Awasthi told that a camera has also been installed inside the borewell to see the movement of the girl child. Around 6 PM, 20 feet of excavation has been done on the spot. 

As per local media, the girl was playing near the borewell. His grandmother was also sitting there. Meanwhile, the girl fell into the pit. When the grandmother made noise about this, many people in the village gathered on the spot. He informed the police about the matter, after which the rescue operation was started.
